Armal 44 project
The Armal 44 project was executed for Armal Holding, with Suqur Al-Tashyid Contracting & LAND BULID Contracting serving as the main contractor.
The project consists of :
- 133 residential units,
including 70 apartments and 63 townhouses, with a total built-up area of 44,000 square meters. - The scope of work covered complete interior and exterior finishing works
the project is going to be completed and handed over for provisional delivery to the client
Boulevard World, Riyadh
As part of our collaboration with Creative Art Contracting Company, and under the ownership of Sela, LAND BUILD Contracting Co. proudly contributed to the execution of a fully integrated entertainment city project located in Boulevard World, Riyadh.
The scope of work included :
- Full civil works including Infra networks.
- Complete interior and exterior finishing
- Steel structure works
The construction was successfully completed in 2024.
Oasis Cube
LAND BULID Contracting Co. is participating as a subcontractor in the construction of the Oasis Cube commercial building in Jeddah, in collaboration with the main contractor W4, and under the ownership of Samer Town.
The project involves :
comprehensive civil works, with a total built-up area of approximately
10,000 square meters It is a modern mixed-use commercial development executed to high engineering standards.
Project Status: Ongoing.
Misk City Project
LAND BULIDContracting Co. proudly executed the electrical works for the Misk City Project,in collaboration with Petor Company, and under the ownership of Misk Real Estate Development.
Scope of work includes :
- Internal and external electrical installations Electrical systems for residential units Distribution panels, lighting systems, and emergency installations
All work was performed to the highest safety and quality standards

NEW SECOND SOUTHERN RING ROAD

Execution of counterfort retaining walls, valve chambers, pipe encasement works, and culvert construction in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
The works included excavation, reinforcement, concrete works, and associated civil activities, delivered under strict quality, safety, and coordination requirements within a joint venture environment.
